New Final Exam Results Publication Policy
Effective Semester 1, 2009, examination results will no longer be posted on BB. Students will have to come personally to SIC to obtain their Result Certificates on the date announced.
Should you not be able to collect your result certificate in person, a representative can collect the result certificate on your behalf, provided an authorization letter is produced or email to sic@swinburne.edu.my; this includes parents who also have to have an authorization letter. Only requests that are sent using student webmail will be entertained.
Outstation students may email sic@swinburne.edu.my to request that their result certificates be sent to them via post or email. However, phone request will not be entertained.
You may appeal for a remark of your exam scripts within 5 working days of the results released date.
Results may be withheld due to outstanding debts such as tuition fees or student loans, library fines or unreturned equipment. You are advised to contact Finance Department or Financial Aid Officer for further action.
Please check your student webmail regularly. All announcements and important information to students including “AT RISK” and “EXCLUSION” letter will be sent via this channel.
