Hi everyone, the SSSC Election 2009 is coming, and it’s time to vote for the Student Council term 2009. Don’t miss it, you have to take this chance to vote for for those who you think are capable to become the Swinburne Student Council Term 2009. My team, consisting of representatives from 4 different majors,  proves our capability of understanding more about students’ welfare and making your Swinburne life more worthwhile.

Our Objectives:

1. To be proactive, responsive, communicative, more transparent, and an effective advocate for the students.

2. Encourage a co-operative approach to learning, living, and working together in the school community.

3. Be student medium in which they can channel their views and voice their opinions.

4. Solve issues/problems that students have by encouraging students to participate in open meetings & discussion.

5. Organize more exciting and meaningful events for students.

(We aim to organize more fun and happening events which will make sure your study life here in

Swinburne a meaningful and memorable one whether its educational or mainly for fun.)

6. Forge a closer tie among local and international students.

(We hope to forge a closer tie among local and also international students so as to create a multi

racial community whereby everyone can support each other and make Swinburne a happier place to study in.)
